Introduction:

These terms and conditions describe the requirements to make a referral for the ‘NexOne Agent referral program’ and its general policies. NexOne Corp o/a NexOne Agent (“NexOne Agent”) is solely responsible for the administration of this Referral Program. The owners of trademarked names and merchandise used in our promotions do not sponsor and have not endorsed this promotion, nor are they affiliated with NexOne Agent in any way. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners with all rights reserved. Participation in this referral program requires you, the referrer to;

1. Have a paid NexOne Agent account in good standing.
2. Submit the required referral form.

1. Refer an individual or organization who has an existing NexOne Agent account prior to this referral program start date (Insert date).
2. Refer an individual that works within your ‘team’.
3. As a Broker or Brokerage administrative staff, refer a member of your brokerage.

How the Promotion Works:

This offer is available to current NexOne Agent subscribers only. To receive the referral gift all of the steps must be satisfied, in NexOne Agent’s sole discretion, as outlined herein:

Step 1 - Current NexOne Agent subscribers must complete the referral form in its entirety.

Step 2 - The referred individual or organization must sign up for one of NexOne Agent’s paid packages.

Step 3 - All referral criteria, as outlined above, must be satisfied at NexOne Agent’s sole discretion.

Referral gift:

A $10 Starbucks Gift Card will be mailed to you for each referral received that meets the above mentioned criteria.

NexOne Agent reserves the right to change the promotional gift at the sole discretion of NexOne Agent. These terms and conditions will be updated to reflect any change.

Liability Release:

By participating in this NexOne Agent promotion, you release NexOne Agent and its respective parents, subsidiaries, and other affiliated companies, and the directors, shareholders, officers, employees, or agencies of any of the above organizations, for any and all liability for any injury, death, loss, tax liability or damage of any kind arising from entrant’s participation in this program, or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any promotional offer or gift. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification from this program. NexOne Agent reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to: (i) disqualify from this or any promotion it sponsors now, or in the future, any person it finds, in its sole discretion, has intentionally violated these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the eligibility process, or any other aspect of the promotion; and (ii) cancel or suspend part or all of this program in the event that printing errors, tampering, fraud, unauthorized intervention or other causes beyond NexOne Agent’s control, corrupt or impair the administration, security or fairness of the program. Any attempt by you or any other person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the program may be in violation of criminal and civil laws; and should such an attempt be made, NexOne Agent reserves the right to seek remedies and damages (including attorneys’ fees) from you or any other person to the fullest extent permitted by law, including seeking criminal prosecution.
